Using your friskvårdsbidrag at Soma, step by step
1 min read
Most employees in Sweden carry a friskvårdsbidrag — in Linköping typically 2,000–4,000 kr a year — and Pilates is an approved way to spend it. At Soma there are two routes, and both are simple.
Route one: your employer's wellness portal. Epassi: pay with your allowance directly at checkout in our booking system — done. Benify: log in to your Benify portal, search for Soma Pilates, and buy your classes or membership there; you get an order confirmation and we activate the purchase at the studio. Nothing to claim afterwards, either way.
Route two: the receipt. Pay however you like — Swish, card, Apple or Google Pay — and a compliant receipt lands in your inbox automatically, showing the studio, the activity and the amount. Submit it to your employer the way you normally claim your allowance, and the money comes back to you.
Online classes count too: Skatteverket has approved digital training with a clear exercise element since 2020, and live Pilates over Zoom qualifies. If you are unsure which route your employer uses, ask HR one question: 'Do we have Epassi or Benify?' Either answer works here.
